The 105-unit Hampton Inn and Suites in Mooresville is located in a new development project in one of the fastest growing areas of the region. Only 25 miles north of Charlotte, Mooresville is quickly becoming a popular city with a large base of corporate business revolving around the NASCAR racing industry. AREA: 

Interstate 77, just to the east of the development, is the major corridor for traffic moving from the Midwest (Ohio, Indiana, etc.) to the Southeastern United States (Florida, South Carolina beaches, etc.). Interstate 40, which carries traffic from Wilmington all the way to the west coast, is located  approximately 10 miles north of the interchange. Lake Norman, a popular lake with hundreds of miles of waterfront property, is just 2 miles to the west of the site.
